Verena Barié writes and performs music, and lives in Köln (Germany) where she works as a Junior Curator.

Her music often tells stories about thoughts and feelings. She uses electronics, as well as light and pictures, to explore many different possibilities of what music can sound like.

As a recorder player she holds a deep love for the instrument and enjoys bringing new music to lots of different audiences.
